DUSK, a violet neon sign mounted on a steel sign box on a dark stucco storefront facade at blue hour, a warm lit shopfront window beside it under a metal awning, a gradient dusk sky above the roofline and a wet sidewalk reflecting the neon below

Field Note

The other signs in this family live in a dark room. This one lives on a street — a real gradient sky still holding a little of the day, a shopfront window already warm, a sidewalk wet enough to double the glow. The sign is one light among several, not the only one left on.

Detail — Glass, Box, Sky

Every letter is two curves, the same construction as the rest of this family: a bright emissive core wrapped in a second, larger frosted shell, mounted proud of the wall on its own steel box. What changes outdoors is everything past the glass — a sky that still has colour, and a window doing its own, much quieter kind of glowing.

DUSK is a self-initiated concept by Lokebox Studio — a real glass tube and a full storefront facade built from scratch in Blender, one real Cycles render lit by its own emission, practical exterior light and a real gradient sky, no real store, address or pricing behind it.
