Shelving System 01
A structure that disappears into the room.
Plane is built around a single repeating frame and a small set of measures. Nothing on it announces itself. What holds the books up is also what makes the room feel considered.

80 cm — module width
210 cm — five levels

A1 — System
Three measures, repeated as far as the room allows.
Every Plane frame is drawn from the same width, height and depth. Add a module and the structure extends sideways; add a level and it grows up. Nothing about the logic changes with scale, which is why a single unit and a full wall of shelving read as the same idea, not two different products.
Figures shown are a reference configuration for this concept, not a live calculator. Width, height, depth and module count are the variables a real Plane configurator would expose.
A2 — Materials
Two decisions per frame. That is the whole choice.
A steel finish for the frame, a timber for the shelves. Everything else about Plane stays fixed on purpose.
Frame, powder-coated steel
Graphite. Matte finish, fingerprint-resistant.
A3 — In Space
Close enough to see the joinery. Far enough to see the room.
