A small wooden lantern glowing warm on a low stone pier beside a stone path at blue hour, the path receding toward a low garden wall and a hedge line fading into atmospheric haze, a real gradient dusk sky of gold, plum and deep blue filling most of the frame above

Sector 05 / 05

Trailhead sign, No. 05

The sky does the work tonight.
This just marks the way.

Field note

Indoors, this same glass marks a corner of a room. Out here it marks a path. The sky above it is doing the real work: gold low on the horizon, sliding up through plum into a blue that has nearly given up the day. The lantern does not have to fight that sky. It only has to be bright enough, this close, to be the reason you keep walking.
